Do I have to pay the rent in full or I can pay per month?

The total price that you see when you place your booking online corresponds to the rent for the whole period. 

If the booking is longer than 8 weeks, we will divide that amount in monthly rent or instalments. However, you can choose to pay upfront or merge some instalments.

Example: For a booking with a duration of 180 nights, 6 monthly instalments can be paid, while for a booking with 60 nights, 02 monthly instalments can be paid.

Example: a booking from 27th August 2023 to 10th June 2024 has the following charges:

• Total rent = €7.200
• Deposit = €300
• Booking fee = €40

A deposit of €140 (€100 deposit + €40 booking fee) is required within 48 hours to complete the booking. 

The rental amount (€7200) will be split in monthly instalments equal to the duration of the booking (in this case 10 months) on the day the you arrive (in this case on the 27th of the month). €7200 : 10 = €720/month

You will also have to pay €200 at arrival to sum up with the initial €100 paid at the time of booking.  €300 deposit is fully refundable after your check-out.
