Do I have to pay the rent in full or I can pay per month?

The total rental price shown when you book online covers your entire stay. However, you don't always have to pay the full amount upfront.

For bookings of 2 to 8 weeks:

The full rental amount must be paid before or upon check-in.

For bookings longer than 8 weeks:

The total rent is divided into monthly instalments, so you can pay month by month instead of paying everything upfront. Your first instalment is due before or upon check-in, and the following payments are due on your monthly renewal dates.
You can also choose to pay the full amount upfront or combine multiple instalments.

Example:

For a 180-night booking with a total rent of €7,200, the amount can be divided into 6 monthly instalments of €1,200.

What do I need to pay to secure my booking?

You only need to pay the security deposit and booking fee:

• Bookings of 2–8 weeks: €150 total (€100 refundable security deposit + €50 booking fee).
• Bookings longer than 8 weeks: €550 total (€500 refundable security deposit + €50 booking fee).

The rental payments are separate from these initial booking charges.

Security deposits are refundable after check-out, subject to our terms and conditions.
