What is the booking fee?

Viva Ireland charges a €50 booking fee per guest for both short-term and long-term bookings. This fee helps us guarantee that you arrive to a clean room with fresh bed linen, along with cleaning of the common areas every two weeks and a quick, efficient maintenance service during your stay.

All guests are still responsible for regular household chores to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. Cleaning products are not provided, but rubbish bags are included.

If you are a business partner, the booking fee is charged on your invoice.
