I want to cancel a booking before arrival. Is there any fee?
Cancellation fees depend on your booking type and how far in advance you cancel.
If you are a direct customer:
Short-term bookings (2–8 weeks)
- Free cancellation: Within 72 hours of making the booking, unless the booking was made 21 days or less before check-in.
- More than 21 days before check-in: Full refund minus the €50 booking fee.
- 21 days or less before check-in: Cancellations or changes are subject to a €150 fee.
Long-term bookings (more than 8 weeks)
- Free cancellation: Within 45 days of making the booking, unless the booking was made 21 days or less before check-in.
- More than 21 days before check-in: Full refund minus €150, unless the booking is still within the free cancellation period.
- 21 days or less before check-in: Cancellations or changes are subject to a €550 fee.
If you are a business partner:
- 28 days or more before check-in: Free cancellation.
- Within 48 hours of booking: Free cancellation if the booking was made within 28 days of the check-in date.
- 28 to 15 days before check-in: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total room rate applies.
- 14 to 4 days before check-in: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total room rate applies.
- Within 72 hours of check-in or after: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total room rate applies.
Booking alterations: Changes are free of charge when requested at least 28 days before the original check-in date.
