Can I schedule a viewing for my student?

Viva Ireland doesn't schedule viewings of the properties.

We respect our current tenant's privacy and all the information about our properties/rooms are available on our listings on the website www.vivaireland.com

In each listing, you will be able to find the address, pictures, price, house details and procedures.

Furthermore, we offer a 24 hours cancellation after check-in in case your student finds the property different from what was advertised. The guest must provide

photo/video evidence that there are significant deficiencies to the property or

to show that the property is significantly different from advertised.
