Will the student pay in advance or with a payment plan?

The total price that you see when you place your booking online corresponds to the rent for the whole period.  If the booking is longer than 8 weeks, we will divide that amount in monthly rent or instalments.     However, the student can choose to pay in full or merge some instalments.

Example: For a booking with a duration of 180 nights, 6 monthly instalments can be paid, while for a booking with 60 nights, 02 monthly instalments can be paid.

Example:  a booking from 27th August 2023 to 10th June 2024 has the following charges:

• Total rent = €7.200
• Deposit = €300
• Booking fee = €25 

A deposit of €300 is required within 72 hours to complete the booking.  See how to complete deposit payment.

The rental amount (€7200)  will be split in monthly instalments equal to the duration of the booking (in this case 10 months) on the day the student arrives (in this case on the 27th of the month).  €7200 : 10 = €720/month

The booking fee €25 is due on arrival together with rent.
