I want to cancel a booking before arrival - Amber students

If you have booked an accommodation through Amber student or you are enquiring about your student, you need to contact us to cancel a booking.  

You can find our cancellation policy below:

● Free cancellation within 72 hours of booking, unless the booking date is equal to or less than 21 days before the check-in date.  Your deposit of €300 will be refunded in full.

● Up to 21 days to check-in. The student can cancel up to 21 days before check-in and get a deposit refund minus €25 booking fee.

● Less than 21 days to check-in.  No refund
