As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and provide better support to our partners and direct clients, we will be making some changes in the way we handle customer enquiries. From 1st April 2023, our landline will be closed and we will no longer take customer service phone calls.


We will continue to offer a 24-hour Whatsapp contact.

These numbers are strictly for property maintenance issues and emergencies.

The contact number can be found in the self check-in email (one week prior to arrival) and in each of our properties. We invite all guests to contact us directly if they have any property maintenance questions.


Help Centre

We launched a new Help Center which will be accessible 24/7 and will provide our customers with a multilingual knowledge base where they can find most of the answers to their questions. You can find our Help Center at the link below:

If you can not find an answer to your question in the help centre, we are available to help you via online chat support from Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Irish time (GMT). Our staff will respond to the chat, it is not a bot.
