When will I get a refund of deposit?

Your deposit will be returned within 7 days after your check-out date, after inspection of the room.

If you paid by bank transfer or cash lodgement, please send us your bank account IBAN as soon as possible.  We cannot process a refund without a valid IBAN.  Transfers can be processed to Ireland or EU bank accounts only.

If you paid by debit/credit card, the deposit will be refunded to the same card.
