Why is deposit required?

Viva Ireland requires a security deposit from each guest to cover potential damages, outstanding charges or other issues that may arise during their stay.

The security deposit amount depends on the length of the booking:

• Bookings of 2 to 8 weeks: €100 per guest.
• Bookings longer than 8 weeks: €500 per guest.

For bookings made through partners or affiliate agents, the security deposit is paid directly by the guest upon arrival at the accommodation.

Please make sure your customers are aware of this requirement before their arrival.

The security deposit is refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages, outstanding payments or other deductions applicable under our terms and conditions.
