Why is deposit required?

Viva Ireland requires a security deposit from each customer staying in our premises to prevent any damages or in case of cancellation and problems at check-out.

Viva Ireland sends an email containing an online link to complete the security deposit payment - the following payments methods are accepted: debit/credit card, bank transfer and bank lodgement.

Your customer is the responsible to complete this payment. Please make sure to advise them of this procedure, otherwise it can compromise their stay.


  • €100 charged in bookings from 07 nights to 89 nights
  • €300 charged in bookings from 90 nights


The amount is fully refundable at the end of your stay.
